Websites are built through CMS (content management systems) or e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, Squarespace or Wordpress

Maybe you’re looking to build a portfolio for your media business. Or maybe you offer services such as home renovations, personal care, daycare, anything else you might want to offer to the public, then Squarespace is probably the right choice for you. 

Perhaps you’re looking to strictly sell tangible products online. Or if you already have a physical location, and are looking to expand to the e-commerce world, then Shopify is the move for you.

You could be looking to create something completely unique, innovative, and with endless customizations then Wordpress is the definitive choice.

Steps to Create Your Site

  • Once you reach out, I’ll send over a short consultation form to get a feel for your needs, business goals, and overall style. This helps us prepare for a more productive first conversation.

  • We’ll schedule a 30–45 minute call to dive deeper. We’ll discuss your brand, audience, goals, and any must-haves. This is where we align on your vision and how we can help bring it to life.

  • After the call, we’ll send you a detailed proposal that outlines the scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. Once approved, you’ll receive an onboarding guide, invoice, and contract to make things official.

  • We’ll gather all necessary materials:
    • Domain access & hosting info (if applicable)
    • Brand photos, logo files, color palette, and fonts
    • Business information (services, about section, contact details)
    • Website inspiration, competitor links, or mood boards
    This step ensures we have everything we need to create something true to your brand.

  • We begin with the homepage. Once it’s ready, we’ll share a preview link for review. This step gives you the chance to approve the direction, layout, and feel before we move forward. After the homepage is approved, we’ll build out the rest of your site — typically including interior pages like About, Services, Blog, and Contact. We also optimize the site for mobile and basic SEO.

  • You’ll get two (or however many you offer) rounds of revisions to make adjustments or changes. We’ll work with you to make sure everything feels just right. I will not move on to the next step(s) until you are 100% satisfied with the status of your website.

  • We run through a full site audit — checking responsiveness, links, loading speed, and overall polish. We’ll also do a final walk-through with you so you’re confident navigating the site.

  • Once everything’s approved, it’s go-time! We publish your site and double-check that it’s across devices. You’ll receive a quick-launch checklist and the keys to your new online home.

  • Need help after launch? I offer optional choices that cover updates, minor edits, or training sessions so you feel fully supported moving forward.
